Digital Nagar is the concept of digitization within the Metropolitan city, Sub Metropolitan City, Municipality and Rural Municipality. People within the municipality shall be able to access the information within the municipality conveniently.
In addition people should be able to place their grievances to the municipality that shall be addressed transparently by the concerned department within the municipality.

Jana Gunaso (Grievance Handling)
- Public can register their complaints via a web portal and they can interact with the local government directly.
- Forwarded to the Vice Mayor for his/her discretion.
- Public can track their complaint status via a unique identity number generated while registering the complaints.
Darta Chalani
- Online Vital Registration Process.
- Birth, Death, Migration, Marriage, Divorce Registration.
- Validated and approved by the local government.
- Recording of various incoming and sent applications and letters.
